The offered combination of travel services constitutes a package travel within the meaning of the Law on Provision of Tourism Services.
The Passenger therefore has all the rights arising from the provisions of the Law on Provision of Tourism Services relating to package travel. The tourist agency Vu Life journey – Vu Life centar d.o.o. is fully responsible for the proper execution of the package travel as a whole.
The tourist agency Vu Life journey – Vu Life centar d.o.o. has a legally prescribed secured guarantee for the refund of the Passenger’s payments and, if transport is included in the package travel, for repatriation of the Passenger in case it becomes insolvent.

Passengers will receive all essential information about the package travel before entering into the package travel contract. There is always at least one trader who is responsible for the proper execution of all travel services included in the contract. Passengers are provided with an emergency telephone number or contact details through which they can contact the organizer or the tourist agency. Passengers may transfer the package travel to another person upon notice within a reasonable time and possible payment of additional costs. The price of the package travel may only be increased if specific costs increase (such as fuel prices) and if expressly provided for in the contract, in any case no later than 20 days before the start of the package travel. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the package travel price, the Passenger may terminate the contract. If the organizer retains the right to increase the price, the Passenger is entitled to a price reduction if there is a decrease in relevant costs. Passengers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee and receive a full refund of all payments if any of the essential elements of the package travel are significantly altered except the price. If, before the start of the package travel, the trader responsible for the package travel cancels the package travel, passengers are entitled to a refund and, if necessary, compensation. Passengers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee before the start of the package travel in case of exceptional circumstances, such as serious security problems at the destination that could affect the package travel. In addition, passengers may terminate the contract at any time before the start of the package travel by paying an appropriate termination fee, which can be justified. If significant elements of the package travel cannot be provided as agreed after the start of the package travel, alternative arrangements must be offered at no additional cost. If services are not provided in accordance with the contract and this significantly affects the performance of the package travel, and the organizer does not remedy the non-compliance, passengers may terminate the package travel contract without paying a termination fee. Passengers are entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation for damages if travel services are not performed or are performed improperly. If a passenger encounters difficulties, the organizer must provide assistance. If the organizer, or in certain Member States the seller, becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded. If the organizer or, if necessary, the seller becomes insolvent after the start of the package travel and if transport is included in the package travel, repatriation of the Passenger is ensured. The organizer/seller Tourist agency Vu Life journey – Vu Life centar d.o.o. has arranged protection in case of insolvency with Uniqa insurance d.d.
